The endgame has begun. Quinn is back in Portland, and whatever plan he had is now lying in shambles. It is time for him to find meaning, and to reveal one of his secrets.

I almost regret ending on the 19th chapter. It ends on a cliffhanger that isn't quite what it seems. It works better if you could see how the 20th begins. In serializing the thing, some sacrifices just have to be made. Besides, come back next week and you will see what happens (and a musing on the violence of small women).

But there is an even better reason to come back next week. It is the 10th and final installment. Another secret will be revealed, and then there is redemption. Well, redemption is a funny thing...
